Do I need to prepare?

No. We send you the questions ahead of time, so you know what to expect. On the day, treat it like a conversation, not a script. Real conversations are what our audience tunes in for.

Where does it go?

On Wilson's YouTube and Instagram. You also get clips to post on your own page.

How are owners picked?

Wilson picks owners for three things: how involved they are in their community, what makes their food special, and how long they've been running their place. Artha reads every application, and only a few owners are featured each month. If you're selected, it's because your place stands out.
